Our Approach Makes Sense
We are an alternative to the traditional model of rehabilitation therapy, day programming, residential placement or extended subacute nursing care. Our services cost less than day programming, and are relevant to our patient’s lives.
Learning takes place in patient’s own homes, schools, workplaces and communities. We teach them how to function in their real-life environments.
Our program makes extensive use of facilitators. Facilitators work with patients day to day, in the patients’ familiar settings, to develop and implement strategies to assist the patient in performing everyday tasks.
The Result?
Rehabilitation efforts which are focused where they make the most difference to the patient’s life.
